126 Main Street, Greenwich, NY
Project Introduction

Sustainable Communities, Inc, a 501c3 not for profit community development agency, is building a new mixed-use building in downtown Greenwich NY to replace the former historic anchor Wilmarth Building.

126 Main will create ten one-bedroom residential units and four commercial spaces, both of which will support affordable housing and economic development for the beautiful downtown Village of Greenwich.

The development team for this project includes Sustainable Communities, TAP, Inc, BBL Construction Services, Positive Communities, LLC, and Flatley Read, Inc.

Pre-development costs have been covered to date by The Glens Falls Foundation, Charlie Johnson Youth Empowerment Fund, and Flatley Read, Inc.

Site work began in June 2025 and the anticipated completion date is Spring-Summer 2026.
